This exciting project consisted of a two-story structural steel, bar joist, slab on deck, EPDM roof brick veneered building with two, one story slab on grade, wood frame and truss, wood deck, shingle roof brick veneer buildings on either side totaling 58,107 square feet. The finishes included high end custom made hardwood running trim, hardwood casework, granite and solid surface countertops and a 32’ diameter rotunda atrium with skylight. Site work included relocation of existing utilities, new perimeter road, parking, security privacy fencing with mag locks, water features, paver plazas, walkways, benches and a complete landscape package.
